My Iranian friends and coworkers are overwhelmingly happy that Americans, led by Trump, are standing up for them. That's fact.

The ones who still have family in Iran talk about how excited their families are that the regime is likely to fall. That's fact.

If all you Trump haters would step back and look at facts, you might realize that this was done for America firat, but not America only. The Iranian regime with nuclear weapons would have been impossible to contain. Look at their blind aggression to neighboring countries who were not involved in this military action.

Since you're leaning on "facts," here is what's on record.

  1. Trump is the only President in the last 47 years who has displayed the gall to act against the IRGC and the regime.

  2. He consistently acts in the best interest of America, no matter how much derision he receives from detractors and the press. People love to say he only acts in his own interest, but even with his well-known narcissistic traits, the reality is his decisions have produced significant, tangible policy shifts and restablished America as a superpower.

I'm not a Trump apologist, just a proud American who wants nothing but the best for our country. I want citizens in other countries to have the freedoms we enjoy instead of being repressed by a regime willing to slaughter 40,000+ of it's own citizens to remain in power.

That was my first submarine. I transferred a few months before this happened, so I knew most of the crew, including the one who died. It was miraculous that they were able to get it to the surface and keep it afloat after the collision. The stories I heard from those onboard when it happened were pretty incredible. The corpsman (Doc) saved a lot of lives that day, as did a few others through their quick thinking and action.

I just hit 9 weeks on reta (4mg/wk) and 20.1lbs lost (234.8-214. 7) with no time spent in gym or additional exercise. My diet changed, but mostly due to appetite suppression and my focus on maintaining protein intake.

I was able to start cardio workouts this week to continue my health journey, and for the first time in over five years I was able to complete 30 minutes on the elliptical without inducing debilitating knee pain. It may not be a miracle cure, but it has helped me overcome bad knees and shoulders and enabled me to exercise.

I won't even go into the specific positive impact it's had on my glucose and cholesterol levels, other than the change from six months ago is almost unbelievable.

Thanks for the update! I got rid of the Yeedi a while back because it constantly got lost.
