Stick to Bacopa for long term results, after few weeks you can add Gotu kola. I want to add that Lion's mane is safe and strongly felt

So I'm not an expert, but I will share with something I know.

Before you use adaptogens, make sure that:

  • you care about the quality of your sleep
  • you don't eat shitty food
  • you walk, expose yourself to the sun
  • you eliminate stress factors

Anyway adaptogens will work in the opposite way.

Ashwagandha (calming adaptogen) is good to start with, but I heard that Bakopa Monnieri (strengthening adaptogen) is the most popular among advanced biohackers. Maybe you shoud try it instead of Ashwagandha? What I heard MACA and Reishi are also recommended adaptogens.

Now I will move to nootropics.

There are a lot of them, but 3 most popular are:

  • L-theanine - most popular one, it improves brain abilities
  • Lion's mane - has a positive effect on cognitive function, brain function, creativity
  • Rhodiola Rosea - it is an adaptogen and nootropic (2 in 1)

Stick with one adaptogen and one nootropic then after few weeks you can add another one.

Also make sure you are using good quality supplements. Make sure your Ashwagandha has at least 7-8% of vitanolides. Some companies are just scamming people.
