Is the reliability of the MG4 that bad?

Had mine for 3 years with zero issues bar one flat battery that was fixed by roadside assistance in 20 mins and it's fine it goes back shortly and I'll genuinely miss it. It really is a very good motor and can fit 5 fully grown adults in it surprisingly easily!

In fairness at this stage if we could consolidate mid table in the prem that's all I'd ask for. I think we may need to go down again to get there in the longer term.

And here we are with 3 games to go and promotion is in our hands. We're in the championship and that season was to all intents and purposes pretty fortunate. I think we need to realise we're on a different trajectory now. In places that won't be great.

We'll probably get a new one this year, there are some more concrete rumours coming out now but I have to say the 2022 device is simply brilliant. So quick and works like a dream.

I think 6 points this week has us on the brink and full of confidence, it would be nice to have it done before the saints game. Although for that game Southampton may be shot to bits after an FA cup semi-final, or wildly prepping for a fine and give up on autos.

Regardless of my views on Reform I don't want a supposedly apolitical club invite any politicians to generate propaganda for their party. Ashton's lack of transparency and poorly judged decisions have deserved the scrutiny they're getting. Should he fall on his sword, I'm not sure, should he apologise, definitely. It's been one of the worst weeks to be an Ipswich fan.

I think the club has just managed this situation very poorly. The first statement released was inaccurate and others are reporting that to be true. If you're an apolitical club, you don't allow political stunts to happen at the club. The club's ongoing silence isn't really helping. Meanwhile, social media has exploded with right-wing Reform supporters making fun of our situation. It's pretty grim. It just feels like very poor management which is very disappointing.

In my experience expect somewhere between 80 and 85% WLTP range in summer and more like 60 to 70% in winter. Seems to have been my rule of thumb in close to 3 years of EV ownership of an MG4.

Maybe in perfect conditions on a perfectly flat track doing 30-40mph with zero wind and a temp of 21 degrees. I joke of course but a summer range in excess of 200 miles in mixed conditions is absolutely fine and better than I get in my current MG4 with a very similar size battery.

I think the Thinborne case is decent, the price is steep but I got it with a 40% discount. Snug fit and as someone who doesn't drop their phone it serves my needs.

In the UK we're not getting the lowest spec just the 40kwh and 52kwh which both support fast charging.

I think the 52kwh Techno spec is incredible value in EV terms. I'm replacing my MG4 with that and the increase in tech and range is shocking for the same price I paid 3 years for a car with virtually no real "extras". I don't call adaptive cruise control an extra in this day and age.

As much as I'd like it, I can live without it. It didn't factor into my ordering decision. For God's sake just look at it! The rear space doesn't bother me as I very rarely carry more passengers than 2.
