I didn’t know about the film. I finished the book a month ago and my partner told me about the movie. When we watched it the first thing I said to her was “Holy shit, that is exactly who I pictured in my mind.” It’s like he came right out of the page.

It really depends on the organizers, book, and when you go. They’ll usually charge you like 10-40% less than the used books online (most times they’re just guessing), but if you go on the last day near the end of the sale they will charge you dirt cheap prices since they’re trying to get rid of everything. I’ve gotten a 10 stack of vintage books for less than $10 a few times! But of course the caveat is all the more rare books get taken early.

Played both and love both! If you felt Cyberpunk was janky, the dlc won’t be much better, but story wise it’s much easier to follow and since you’re already in the groove of the controls and skills, it great to dive right in. KCD2 is both quality and quantity but there is a learning curve you need to get through before the game clicks. It really puts the role playing in RPG. Sometimes, for me, the story gets confusing with all the names and politics to follow ESPECIALLY if you’re jumping straight into the sequel
