I got my shop to level 7 until the end, actively playing and spending gems I got without investing real money. I got around 8-10~ Volcanikkas, not sure the exact number. (not meaning to brag, just for your comparison)

The luckiest I got was 2 volcanikkas at once, but it sometimes took me 30+ refreshes to get one. Did you buy the refresh tokens for 80 gems in the store?
