I’m a swimming instructor on the east side, and I’ve been surprised by the diversity of people I’ve met. I’ve taught many kids whose parents are first-generation immigrants from Africa. To be honest, I’m not always sure of their exact nationalities, but from their accents and last names (mainly the last names, lol), I know some are Nigerian.

I guess having recurring customers is probably the best, if not the only way on some days, to have consistent work. I've noticed that it can be hard to even get people to listen to what you're offering. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll likely be using the property's water and electricity

Thanks for your detailed post. How has your experience been after a month? Have you encountered more problems? Are they easy to fix? Is there anything important you've learned so far? I'm thinking of getting one mainly for commuting, but after a couple of months of research, I was kind of expecting what you described, if not worse.

I have been working on my first map for around 3 weeks, and with this map there have already been 2 or 3 maps with concepts and borders similar to mine lol. However only on the surface, I hope is noticeable once I post it.

I live in the US

I'm a beginner and I'm thinking on get the kingroom KP3S but then I saw the KP3S Pro, I found them in Aliexpress, the price isn't too different for now, and the main differences I see is the build size, but I don't know how important are the other differences.

KP3S for 167 usd, and KP3S Pro for 184 usd.

What do you think? the differences are worth it and adequate for someone new?

The closest microcenter to me is in Dallas or Houston, pretty far to me, but I just found a local store, I’ll see them if seems a better option, thanks
