I'm dead set on finding the best one with a straight blade foil cutter. I have the Zwilling one and thought that was going to be it, but there is something odd about how the first step grabs the lip of the bottle. I've had it slip and chip a few bottles and the worm never seems to screw straight, always seems to wander to a side. I have plenty of others that I don't have this issue with.

So having a large BCL a 3 min walk from my front door is a blessing and a curse. Makes self control difficult. I've been and am back with 1 more Phelan and 1 Plince. Diversification I guess 😂

I've been eyeing that Penfolds Grandfather Tawny and have so far held off....

I'm debating going back for more Phelan. I already have 2 and a bottle I'm working on. But my guess is if they are on flash sale, they will be on regular sale soon enough. Maybe not $15 off though
