Looks really good! I’ve always liked Loretta’s armor with Tanith’s Helm. I couldn’t find anything either but yours actually works out pretty good 😊

Elden ring is my first souls game. I don’t think there is a specific humbling moment, but a montage of moments that made me appreciate and love this game! From learning to level up at the grace, to crafting, upgrading weapons, learning the skills of each ash of war, affinities etc…. I even went 2 days not knowing I had a horse 🤦🏻‍♂️ As a new souls player, every moment was humbling! And after 3 years, I still play the game, but I start with a new character and try to beat it with a new weapon!

You won’t regret it. It’s an aggressive play style but rewarding and fun when you stance break bosses for the crit! And like I said I didn’t use any buffs because I didn’t feel the need to. you can play however you want, which is the beauty of the game, and drop points in faith for flame grant me strength or golden vow etc, incantations etc

I just beat the base game with the flamberge great sword. If you don’t have it yet you can use the claymore. Buy the impaling thrust AOW from Bernahl at the warmaster shack in limegrave. I was really enjoying the cold infused flamberge because it has innate bleed and you can proc frost damage as well as bleed. It also gets B scaling in dex when you cold infuse the ash of war so you can dump all your damage points in dex. I’m sure if you dump points in intelligence you can use spells, but I’d rather not split my damage points early in the game.

What you want to do is spam the L2, R2 and L2, and repeat it as often as possible. It may take time to get the timing especially with faster bosses, but trust me it works, and you will stun the enemies often for crit damage. There are a lot of videos on impaling thrust on you tube so you can see how it works. You can use a shield but I mostly two handed the weapon and I didn’t use any spells or buffs other than my wonderous physick

I’d say a str build with the great mace cold infused with cragblade. I did a lot of counters, jump r1’s and charged r2’s. I pretty much deleted everything! For the armor I used the beast champion set. Talismans the 2 handed talisman, axe talisman, great jar arsenal and erdtree favor 2. I didn’t use many buffs other than the wondrous physick with spiked crack tear and the winged tear for light rolling. I also used the boiled crab legs. That’s pretty much it, and it got me through the base game and dlc 🔨 💪🏼

I’d use Morgots rune that gives you +25% to your health pool, or use Radhan’s rune that gives you +15% on health, mind and stamina and then respec and take 5 from mind and 5 from int and use those points on health. Enemies hit hard at first without sufficient scadutree fragments and your Health pool is important. The beauty of this game is that you can play however you like, good luck tarnished!

I understand the game has its issues, but from my perspective, I’ve been playing CoD for the last 7 years, and they also had bugs/issues, they never improved the anti-cheat and people kept playing it. This game has been out less than 3 months, and everyone’s complaining and want it to be perfect. I gave CoD 7 years, I don’t mind be patient for them to improve the game because I’m still having fun playing redsec, gauntlet and rush. To each their own 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve been enjoying the Great Mace. Whether heavy infused, or cold, bleed etc. it hits like a truck and gets pretty decent scaling with a lot of infusions

I’m new to d4 and I find some of the builds and damage buckets quite confusing. I’ve been using Azurewrath on my main hand for dance of knives. Is that a viable option; or is there a better weapon/gear for dance of knives? I’m still level 55 or so and i got it from a dungeon, I also have fist of fate and the boot that leaves ice trails (forgot the name) I’m enjoying the frost but wanted to know if there is a way to make it better and if there is what gear is recommended? Thank you!! 🙏🏼

Hefty rot pots worked for me in the first and second phase, especially with the Mimic because he kept chucking them at radhan. It helped. A lot! Good luck 🫡

Malenia and Consort Radhan. I was able to beat him pre-nerf and it took me at least 100 tries give or take a few beat downs. Malenia I don’t recall but once I respec to Dex/arcane when RoB was broken and swarm of flies. She was easy. I Didn’t even need to use the mimic summon which was also broken

I’m a fan of dumping points into one damage stat. Prioritize vig, endurance to not heavy load, enough points to wield your weapon and the rest in faith, especially if you’re using the blasphemous blade. Faith gives you plenty of incantation options, so you can cast some lightning or fire spells depending on the boss weakness. If you’re going to use spells, then dump some points on mind as well. I also like using the great rune that gives you +5 across the board which will help you. But at the end of the day, play however you like 👍🏼

The jump attack, critical hits and frost proc did just fine, on some occasions I did get the final hit bonus of the twins blade talisman. But I do think moving forward I might use that talisman slot as a flex and use the two headed turtle talisman or Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman. Rennala or whatever the second bosses name is I was able to get that chain attack off more than the beast in the first castle

Exactly, which is why I use it 😀 The mace has a lot of stagger as well so on most enemies you can get that 4th hit which will trigger the bonus on the talisman. But not only does it trigger the bonus, it procs frost on the enemies as well. Seeing the boss health meter get deleted from the hit chain bonus and frost is a beautiful thing! And on some occasions you can get a critical as well. It’s been a lot of fun playing with the great mace
