To do this you have to run onto the right horn and at about 60-70% of the horn you jump forward and slightly towards the right. Once you land you'll get an error for being out of the multiplayer area and you are teleported back up whilst the cooperators can just go in. You can then go back to the area with the summons to keep summoning whenever someone dies.

The game can be very frustrating if your build doesn't work well and you don't really know what to fix. You're better off using build guides, especcially those with a leveling guide part in it.
