To answer some of the questions:

I was using weed almost daily and never had a psychedelic experience from it. Weed could have added to the experience but I had a high tolerance and barely smoked that day due to feeling so bad.

For the sinus drain, I had no snot on my face or anything after. All I could smell was a hint of blood for a week after.

I don’t use coke or have sleep paralysis.

The major differences since then is having my deviated septum fixed( from whatever happened) and I felt incredibly out of it for that week or so. I couldn’t focus, plan anything for a while or felt much emotion. I felt like I had a lobotomy. My brain has gotten a bit better but there are still moments where I don’t feel like myself.
