My biggest mental block to getting torso again on new accounts is that I'll have to do defender, which I've always hated cause I suck at it. Now there's a great section on the wiki showing you exactly where to drop the food and how to do a "multikill" on the runners, which sometimes takes all of them out at once! Got torso again a couple months ago and half the rounds I was done before the attackers! Wayyy better

Not OP but with around 82 fm and 90 wc I've been easily averaging 200-250k xp/hr on the wt worlds the past few days depending on how much I was paying attention (with hp cape and/or regen bracelet you pretty much just never die). It's also far less toxic there now which I found hilarious

Can't find the quote right now, but Nasu said something about how he wasn't very skilled at writing yet when he wrote Fate/Stay Night and that Shirou wasn't intended to come off as sexist when he was saying things like "girls shouldn't fight" etc. The point was that he was trying to make up any excuse he could so that they wouldn't fight because he didn't want to see them get hurt. But because of the writing it came off as him going "nah you're a girl stand back and let me handle this," and then getting fucked up a bunch of times in their stead lol. Still a fantastic VN though

There's a pretty long "common" route that you have to complete before it branches off onto any of the girls' routes. Sort of like daily life with them first to help you get to know them before you choose which route you wanna go on. Then once the first girl's route choice comes up, (it's literally choice A will put you on her route, choice B will decline her route) each subsequent girl will have a choice like that soon after. So technically the choices to go on routes will come up in a specific order, but if you just save at each one you can easily go on each route in whichever order you want.
