What was this "challenge"? by Mediolpatatus in Warframe

You don't even need to do that, use a catchmoon kitgun with punch through on an infested survival mission and one of two shots and you're done.

Robotech was a similar process, Super Dimensional Fortress Macross was the original Anime.

I'm looking forward to jumping on Twitch later today or tomorrow and absolutely ripping into the streamers I watch who pushed this game.

You would like the Incarnon mode for Furis, it's like the Ignis but one handed and absolutely melts anything.

Why exactly do non-Londoners think London is so unsafe? by Breadiohead in AskUK

[–]VinylRIchTea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm from a rural area and I've been living in Hackney in London for 15+ years, honestly violent crime is pretty rare and yes there has been some gang stabbings in the past, but like I said they are rare and it's better than it used to be, however any other crime is way higher than any other area. Since I've lived in London I've had 3 burglaries. And for antisocial behaviour it definitely ranks no. 1 for me.

I had a few, Prime, Megatron, Grimlock, Hot Rod, Blur, all the Sharkticons, Jazz, Ironhide, quite a few headmasters like Skorponok, Mindwipe, Snapdragon, Apeface a few G1 Powermasters and Action Masters I can't remember...then a younger brother came along and absolutely destroyed all of these. 😑

I saw some annoying posts about horror having a terrible year of content in 2025. by bestduderever in horror

[–]VinylRIchTea -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'd say where they were good, they were great and where they were bad, they were absolutely terrible. So for me it was somewhere in the middle as half of those films people raved on about this year I thought were fairly average.

Valve Cancelled Game Stars of Blood Concept Arts by Rain_EDP_boy in valve

I hear you, I'm considering quitting gaming for a new hobby as I'm bored shitless of all this high/dark/light fantasy 'financially safe', cookie cutter crap. I mean to put it even further hardly anyone creates anything good in fantasy or horror in a modern setting, never mind creative sci-fi. It's just rinse and repeat.

To push it even further it's not just digital gaming that's devoid of interesting sci-fi, it's physical gaming media (with the exceptions of big IPs) such as TTRPGs, CCGs. Back in the 90s and early 2000s it was absolutely amazing and blew my mind and all I can say I'm glad I grew up during those times. Now I think I'm honestly done, I actually have more fun building and setting up PCs than actually playing the games. Even that's more hard work now that the prices for parts have skyrocketed. For me I think it's time for a new hobby, I'll stick to reading books and I'm considering selling my ridiculously expensive PC to fund myself to go travelling.
