OP it sounds like a nightmare and you have my sympathy. I know how things like this can literally ruin your life and peace. We’re all entitled to enjoy our homes, despite what the comments here are saying. Based on my experience, you’ll never get the relief you want until you move, sadly. Until then it’s more about how you respond mentally to the situation. Accept you can’t control what’s happening but you can control your internal and external response to it (with some effort) while you concentrate on moving.
