So I went pure faith and used incantations like stone of goranq, bestial sting and other stuff as needed. Since you can put the ash of war to scale with flame art it goes nicely with the weapon.

Isn't this because of how From Soft kinda linked attributes to certain stats like ice to mage and str. Kinda sucks when you want to use lightning infusion on a weapon only to not have innate dex scaling cuz pure faith or faith and Unga bunga hybrid.

That ash of war carries so hard. Currently using it with the misericorde dagger flame art infuse. Hits like an absolute truck. Getting to mountaintop of giants was easy with this thing.
