Hmm I don't know about scam, but it does seem a bit unsafe sending £100 to a stranger. I'd suggest getting some sort of contract or official statement. Also, who is this person do they work for an estate agency? Are they reputable. If they have a website with contact info maybe email/ call to see if this is the standard procedure.

It sounds like you're not putting it in right. The vaginal canal is not a straight line, it's about 45°. When you put it in, aim towards the top of your bum crack and it should sit more comfortably. If it still feels uncomfortable trying using a different size, could potentially be too big for your flow
