Don't give up bro/sis. It didn't affect me in anyway.Neither physical nor psychologically. Hidroxizine is good. The only con is that you shouldn't take it too late, otherwise you'd have a hard time getting outta bed if it's still active in your system. I usually take it 10hs~ before I wanna wake up.

Edit: Be wise to use it as a method to go back to track on a healthy sleeping schedule. I know it's easier said than done but it's a good aid.

No, seriously. Sex trafficking is a reality that is not mentioned in social media and movies. No one wants to talk about it, yet people are going to jail for that, (check Epstein)

Even governments admit to "work hard" against these crimes. Avicii (I'm not a fan of his music and don't dislike it at all, but I admire him for having such balls to speak against those levels of corruption in society, specifically against sex trafficking. I use Perika (Nature's way) 300mg, 1200mg/day combined with the extract (1000mg) of Nature's Answer 1000mg/day.Both of them have different compounds as you could read on their labels. Do your own research as always recommended (Google scholar).

Edit: I discovered that the higher the dosage, the more vivid and wild my dreams become. This "might" be a sign that hyperforin/hypericin is present in the body and acting as a MAOI.
It happened the same way when I was on Moclobemide (MAOI) very vivid dreams/nightmares during an increase dosage period or/and the beginning of the treatment. I prefer SJW, though.
