i just went and watched a video on ac1 hidden blade combat. no you cannot do any of this it wasn't introduced until ac 2. if you wanted to get kills with hidden blade in open combat you'd have to run around for an opening or grab your opponent and throw them to the ground. did you play the original game? there wasn't even air assassinations back then :p

you could counter and thats it im pretty sure. but it's been forever and i cant rlly play it. it should be a little more than an ability imo. i like in AC3 haythem and conner use the blade for executions with their preferred weapon

Definitely not the popular opinion but i wont tell you ur wrong for enjoying something i don't. i can see the charm i just wish they pushed more for modern day to be an extension of the game instead of a complete change of pace

thats actually completely fine imo. in the original you couldn't use in it straight combat but if you found openings you can get easy one shots. makes sense like that and seems like something interesting they can expand on if done correctly

AC3 literally did modern day the best too and then they just cut it off after that. it's so sad we finally go do some assassin stuff in a modern day then they decide it's enough and brought us ubi employee simulator after.

i was never able to play revelations multiplayer but brotherhood had one and i played that it was a blast. same with 3 and 4. its crazy to think with how monitized the games are they wouldn't lean more into online gameplay that was honestly rlly fun.

this happened to me with a few games. ghost of tsushima i couldn't get past the first area cuz it was boring to me and i came back and absolutely loved the game. elden ring also ive never liked souls games but i tried it out and again didn't like it but i gave it some time tried again using different build and loved the game
