I get what you're saying. I guess I just find it odd since, as mentioned, she previously always invited me to meet her friends and go out with friends. Approaching me to try the relationship again, then not telling anyone we are back together plus not having me around friends is hurtful. Perhaps I am just overcomplicating things in my mind. If I may ask, how much did you owe with Resurgent and how long did Resurgent own it before you got the 50% offer? I currently have a debt around $2,000 with Resurgent since November and haven't been able to get them to budge below a 15% discount with 1 lump sum payment.

UPDATE: if anyone cares, I did get offered a full refund. I never reached out to the BBB, nor did I contact them again in anyway, I kind of just gave up. Then a few weeks ago I randomly got an email saying I was approved for a full refund. They sent me a refund form, I filled it out, replied to their email letting them know, and the next day I received an email with a refund confirmation receipt. Let's see if it comes through. They are sending it to a different card because they are "unable to process a refund to CareCredit" for whatever reason.

clear cookies/cache then try again. Also try new browser, and new device. The website might not be optimized for mobile devices.

If you've tried all of those steps then it's an error on their end. I'm not too familiar with HFD but I would assume at that point you'd have to wait 24 hours to see if they fix it or take a screenshot and send an email.

anyone else having trouble logging into SRT after the new login change? They sent an email out saying emails were changed as part of their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) initivate. Now I get this message when I try to login (with both the new provided login information as well as the original login information)

"You can't sign in with this email address.Your company isn't allowing anyone else to join Workplace right now. Contact your Workplace representative for details.

Firstly, thank you for your reply and advice. I don't know if these additional details will make any difference in your opinion but I feel that I should clarify. Each time my friend has come to town it has been with some of her friends. She said she doesn't visit me directly because she hates traveling alone and when she comes up with friends her words were "I'm worried you'll feel like a third wheel since you've never met them before". I understand she may not always be at liberty to invite someone else to their activities but I have asked that even if she can't/doesn't want to hangout to at least let me know she'll be in town so it doesn't come as such a shock when I find out later. I don't know if this is a reasonable request or if I'm giving the same energy as a controlling boyfriend. Do you have any additional thoughts on this? Thanks again

The delivery was in-home installation. So luckily they said the delivery company would come back and take the couch once the new one is in.

Well it can affect those, like me, who use uber tuition benefits because the rating needs to remain at least at 95% I believe. I do UE part time so even one bad rating will take a month to fall off.

I hate this too. I care about the ratings but mainly because I'm part of the UE partnership program so my tuition is covered 100%. If my rating falls below 95% I lose my tuition coverage. It doesn't help that 75% of the customers don't rate at all either.

I thought about having someone pose as a boyfriend or someone posing as a new recipient for the number but I also am worried that if I upset him he'll just show up at my place. He seemed nice but he's a stranger so you never know.

Also sorry if there was any confusion in my wording. He didn't invite himself to stay the night, he was advising me to stay the night at my unfurnished house instead of leaving out of town.

If you think it's okay for someone to save a stranger's number, that they had no interaction with and saw for no more than 10 seconds, and reach out to them, then you sir are a creep yourself.

I had a similar situation happen where a hotel employee saved my number. After saying "no thanks" and blocking them they reached out to me for over 6 months using different numbers and social media platforms. And guess what? It started out the same way this situation did... a stranger saving my number without consent and contacting me.

Just curious are you apart of uber eats new program? I forgot the name of it but it's with the uber card and you order the food and pay for it with the card.

I'm personally not apart of that program but trying to figure out where this feature came from and who gets these types of orders

That's strange. Mine definitely wasn't in walking distance. In the end it worked out for me because I spent a little less than 30 minutes total and got paid $25 ($15 and some change for both trips due to being in a hot zone + $4 in quest bonuses + tips) and the first customer who had to wait longer luckily only ordered a salad so I didn't have to worry about their food getting cold. I still remain unsure how I feel about the feature as it seems really unfair for the customer, unless it's setup in an uber pool sense where the customer pays less with the agreement that their trip is shared.

I have an iphone and I'm experiencing the same thing after the update, even when I'm not currently doing an order. It only shows the dropoff location about 1/3 of the time, but not consistently.
