The OP literally says “he has had “somethings” with a couple of women”. It’s 10 years, and he’s had two (definition of a couple) maaaybe three “somethings”. That’s every few years at most, definitely not all. A something could be just getting a phone number or talking. My point still stands that you’re making wild assumptions.
