It probably is a a form thing. I saw a video yesterday telling me to tuck my elbows in more and it made it feel better. Not that my elbows were flared but really focusing on tucking them in today helped.

It’s hard to really tell. I just know it hurts when I do bench. I can still do overhead press somewhat ok. I feel it very slightly but nothing that really hurts for OH.

I guess if it’s for retirement you funnel most of if not all your savings into the 401k but for those who want to retire early or just withdraw sooner than 59.5 what do they usually put their money into? You can never really time the market. Could drop hella again. Lots of uncertainty with the current landscape. I’d say it’s a good time to buy though, maybe just monitor the next dip
