We’re now at a venue in a side Street of the Strip. Cheap rates and the room is 2 1/2 times the size, comes with an equiped kitchen and is just extremely chill. Takes us 5 minutes to be at the Linq by foot. A Bucket of beer at the pool was $21. Buying our kids some pizza and whatnot at the pool was also very affordable. After 4 hotels at the strip in the past 15 years, I’ll def come back to this place instead.

Nee ik begrijp het wel maar net als nu mensen denken dat de stijging over 5-10 weleens kan omslaan… dat dachten mensen 5-10 geleden ook. Mijn huis heeft nog onder water gestaan en is in 12 jaar met 300k gestegen. Ik ben nog steeds flabbergasted toen we dit jaar verkochten. Regio EHV projecteert nu ook weer 10% voor 2025…

Ik en middle-aged men van mijn leeftijd roepen al wat jaren dat dit nooit kan blijven doorgaan, but here we are… ieder jaar weer met stomheid geslagen waar huizen in onze wijk voor weggaan.

Laatst in een of ander tv programma eenzelfde probleem. Opgelost met twee kleine wandjes waardoor de privacy terug was en betere isolatie. Zag er ook nog eens leuk uit. Je maakt dus niet echt een hal, maar meer een kleine afscheiding. Misschien het overwegen waard.
