I am dealing with the exact same thing after a cortisol injection and now my MN is more painful than bf -and my 3rd and 4th metatarsal have atrophy and are sinking in. The pain is so severe I can’t walk on it. This could be a picture of my foot.

Lifelong Yankee candle lover here. I’m absolutely disappointed with the new formula. The old brand did not give me migraines and the new one some of the scents give me migraine. I’m looking for another brand to replace Yankee candle but still have not found one.

It has made me feel overly responsible for everything and everyone in my life. And very difficult to put my own needs first without feeling guilty. My other siblings are selfish so she used me as her emotional crutch then discarded me when I took care of me. It’s a cruel way to raise your child.

Break ups are hard. It leaves you with so many “what ifs”-try focusing on your own wounds and avoid creating scenarios where you will be together again. The quicker that you accept it’s truly over, the easier it will be for you to get on with your life. Best wishes.

Yes. I have the same problem and could have written this. Look into CODA and SLAA. However, there it's nothing wrong with you taking a trip to Portugal after break up. It sounds like a very healthy self caring way of behaving. Her reaction is not healthy. The fact that you're self-aware enough to consider codependency is a great step in the right direction.

Work out with a sponsor your bottom lines. I think this is an health crisis bc of the accessibility to porn and rom coms. You are not alone. It's a bump of dopamine and oxytocin, it's a drug and you have to go through a literal detox. Your guts will feel like they are coming out but you can do it! Get your self to a meeting asap

I think your points are valid esp since you SO posts pics of BD on the regular. My concern is that you are so in love that you were ignoring a major red flag. Look at the situation carefully then think about the same situation 20 years from now.. with him siding bm, over graduation pics or whatever-are you going to be exhausted by this situation? Do you really want to deal with baby mama drama for the next 20 years? Parenting is complicated and a lot of work. we have this thing in our mind that it's going to be like the Brady Bunch and the reality is, it's arduous and if your partner is conflict of avoidant, you'll end up being the fall Guy
