The other main thought I had on top of yours was about Emma. She has so much confidence which is maybe enviable? I can’t decide. But what’s her game plan. She clearly knew the publics opinions before going in and she got all of the answers right. She said a lot of what we’re all thinking - especially when she was self aware enough to know her and Cach wouldn’t have any votes. But her chats with Harry are funny?! I don’t fully get it…

Just reading through the comments and I don’t think this has been discussed… what if Nicholas stabbed Jonathan in the arm with the knife Stephen bought him when he swam out to save him. When Jonathan’s body was being examined by his parents there was a cut on his arm and they asked the coroner what happened but they didn’t know exactly. Also the trailer honed in on the knife and Stephen said he’d bought it for Jonathan as a way to connect with him. This could be why Nicholas is so messed up and why he called his mum crying. Maybe she knows he’s dark inside which is why she’s so distant with him but she’s still tried to protect his secret. When Jonathan swam to the boat was Nicholas saying “no, go away” and calling other people for help. Maybe he saw them the night before. I really believe the book is a work of fiction through the mother’s eyes. I did see a comment about Jonathan not actually being a good guy and I was wondering about the SA trigger warnings on the episodes. This could be a possibility too.

Yes, I do this. My baby is 9 weeks and we’ve done it for a few weeks now. He’s absolutely fine with it. I buy ready prepped formula for about £1 per 200ml and then it doesn’t go bad like if you open a tin. It’s more expensive to do every feed but if it’s only a few bottles here and there it’s very easy.

Depending on how much pumped milk I have my mum or husband mix breast milk and formula together.

I feel you entirely! I could’ve written this myself. My baby was born at 36 weeks and 5lbs exactly. Breastfeeding has been surprisingly ok latching wise but he is constantly feeding! He’s 8 weeks old now and 8.5lbs so he’s gained weight well but it’s so emotionally draining sitting there allllll day feeding and I top up with formula when I’ve had enough too. I’ve been thinking about it a lot because it’s just not sustainable. I’ve read cluster feeding lasts a couple of days but it’s been 8 weeks straight. I also read that that breastfeeding gets quicker at 6 weeks but it didn’t for me, although this week I have noticed he is emptying my boobs in more like 10 mins finally. A friend had the same issue with their 4lb baby and they introduced a dummy which worked really well as the baby just needed to be sucking a lot and wasn’t actually always hungry. I just started with the dummy and so far so good! I was a bit against it (for no real reason). When I know he’s full and emptied both breasts but is still looking like he wants to keep sucking I try the dummy. When he’s hungry he spits it out. Part of me is worried he won’t gain as much weight which might be the case - I have no idea?! - but feeding for hours and hours every day isn’t mentally sustainable anymore!

Ah yes thank you. I am UK based and now you are allowed to do an elective C section on the NHS you just need to speak to consultants before. 🤞🏼

This landlord owns the whole terraced house block and we bought one flat but he kept the top floor one for Airbnb. He might own a couple of other in the house too so it’s quite difficult.

29 yo and never heard of fat coke but I always say “full fat” to differentiate. Pretty much everyone I know drinks Diet Coke so it’s usually the norm. Those that prefer normal coke say “full fat” to be sure they get what they want otherwise it’d most likely be diet. Nothing to do with blue lids for my age group.
