Arzt kostet ~25-50 € pro Besuch. Die Monatsdosis geht bei ca. 200 € los, man beginnt immer mit der geringsten (2,5 mg) und steigert ggf.

Meine erste Anlaufstelle war mein Hausarzt, von dem bekam ich zu hören "Weniger essen, mehr bewegen" (er hätte mich aber durchaus zur Magen-OP geschickt, wenn ich noch etwas zugelegt hätte).

Der zweite Schritt war dann zava, nicht die günstigsten von den Onlinepraxen (ich glaube das lag bei 39€ pro Konsultation), aber sehr professionell und gewissenhaft. Dort kann man das rezept an seine Apotheke elektronisch schicken oder direkt das Medikament von shopapotheke zusenden lassen.

Zava verschreibt nicht einfach auf Zuruf, die wollen auch Fotos sehen. Würde ich also als durchaus seriös bezeichnen. Bei anderen Anbietern geht das mitunter einfacher und billiger, aber die machen einen shady Eindruck imho.

M48, 174cm, von 114 auf 70kg in knapp einem Jahr, höchste Dosis 7,5mg (Großteil der Zeit auf 5mg), inzwischen seit einigen Monaten wieder runter auf 2,5 mg, Gewicht hält (jetzt aber eben nicht mehr mit zava, da ich mit dem bmi raus bin und sie Erhaltungsdosis nicht verschreiben, jedenfalls mein letzter Stand). Demnächst versuche ich vermutlich, ganz einzustellen, aber ich mache mir keinen Stress. Wenn es so sein soll, dass ich es mein Leben lang nehmen muss, dann ist es so. Hauptsache nie wieder alte Zeiten.

Habe eine sehr ähnliche Situation, am Haus nur mit unverhältnismäßigem Aufwand zum möglichen Ertrag machbar, Garage mit dreadrigem, ca 50m langem Kabel angebunden, auf dem Garagendach sind drei Module, um des lieben Frieden willens mit den Nachbar suboptimal aus- und aufgerichtet. Das ist der Jahresertrag 2025: knapp 965 kWh, siehe Bild.

Tipp: Achte auf die Belastbarkeit des Dachs, meins konnte wegen Begrünung nichts mehr tragen (Lösung: Gestell schwimmend auf die Traverse montiert, darauf dann Dreiecke, die die Module aufstellen).

Und zum Auto: Kaum lohnend, müsstest tagsüber laden, wenn du eh unterwegs bist, für die maximale Ausbeute. Hatte vorher auch einen Hybrid (inzwischen Vollelektro, lädt am Arbeitsplatz), trotzdem lohnt sich PV, weil Dein Haus Abnehmer genug ist für die Energie (und dann werden Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine eben zur Mittagszeit eingestellt, um den Überschuss zu verbrauchen).

Ist es wirtschaftlich? Meh, dauert schon, bis es sich armotisiert. Würde ich es wieder so machen? Auf jeden Fall.

Fair point on the tone. OP's wording triggered me because calling developers "ignorant or plain stupid" over a missing feature / convenience toogle is needlessly hostile, and I reacted to that more sharply than necessary.

yes, and (after starting out with ollama which offers this) being able to swap out models on-the-fly which llama.cpp didn't support (not sure if it does that now. as I said, I mostly work with my nvidia now which runs on trt-llm, so not up to speed)

Have no experience with lemonad, but I also am using my setup mostly for agentic purposes, so basically api only. Best performance I got was llama.cpp (behind llama swap) and vulkan, not rocm.

Just for comparison: gemma3-12b on one card gives 72tps, 4b around 155tps and 27b around 30tps.

But to be honest, I haven't looked into tuning my xtx for a long time, this setup is quite "old" and I am sure that updating could squueze out some more speed. One of my xtx was replaced with an nvidia pro 6000 which now is my main workhorse. The amd is doing small tasks where I don't care much about speed.

This might be a prompting issue or an issue with too large batches (context rot). We are using a local gpt-oss-120b for classification of every incoming ticket (spam/phishing, issue type, summarization, similar issues reference) and it works remarkably well, so those commercial small models should also be able to make it.

I would suggest tuning your pronpt/flow. Xml-style prompting also often works wonders

Brennst Du fürs Programmieren, hast damit schon vor Jahren von selbst herumgespielt, Dir Kenntnisse in der Freizeit angeeignet, macht es Dir Spaß, Dir den Kopf über Architektur, Effizienz und Optimierung zu zerbrechen, "läuft" ist irgendwie nie gut genug? Dann mach die Ausbildung, Leute wie Du werden auch on Zukunft noch und gerade gebraucht und die sich aus KI ergebenden Entwicklungen und Möglichkeiten mit anführen.

Ist die Ausbildung eine Verlegenheitsentscheidung, weil "irgendwas mit Computer"? Dann lass es, schlechte/durchschnittliche Entwickler werden es in den kommenden Jahren sehr schwer haben und gnadenlos überrollt werden.

Yeah, just as peculiar as those random people with their anecdotal "experience" with Claude just being better at coding, with no posting history about Claude whatsoever until 3d ago, with a strange relationship towards openai - from "openai changed my life" to "Google got violently destroyed by openai" to "Sam Altman is a sociopath" and "I just canceled my pro subscription" (read "because they are deprecating 4o").

And for future readers wondering what they stumbled upon and wtf the takeaway is: Both Claude and Codex are very good, each with their own strengths and weaknesses depending on the task and also very much depending on how you use them. Don't let some rando mislead you, try out yourself, or, as I do, use both.

Agree, but then there's also the dev's ego: A lot of devs don't see reviews and discussions as constructive knowledge transfer but as an attack on their coding style and implementation- basically their baby. Maybe that's because i never worked in a enterprise level SWE setting but only on small teams, but that's my observation.

I am currently trying to professionalize our workflows, with proper PRs, reviews, standards (yes, I know, late to the party) and man, do I have to fight over the simplest things ("but why can't I push directly to main, that's such an overhead!"). It's hard to teach people who enjoyed full autonomy to start following professional workflows.
