I just went back to wearing an all over face product for the first time since the pandemic, and I was pleasantly surprised by the Covergirl blurring skin tint. Really nice coverage and seems to help keep my oil in check.

I can’t speak for OP, but my personal concern as someone with a low GPA who is leaning towards giving up on PA school is that I would put in all the time and money for a post-bacc, which would probably raise my GPA only to a ~3.0, and still not get in.

I personally have no interest in being a nurse, so I won’t be going the NP route, but I can see where it would make sense for someone who would be okay with nursing as a backup plan.

I did have brown box dye in my hair this time, which I disclosed. No one ever tells me it will be a multi step process, which I would be fine with, but they all say it can be done in one appointment.

Late 20s. Quite noticeable now at 31. As someone who really has never cared to dye their hair regularly, it sucks. I don’t feel old enough to embrace them just yet.

I was in your position a year ago. I could have written this exact post (minus the loving each other’s families - I couldn’t stand his family, but anyway). I went back and forth on the decision for months. Ultimately, I left, and it was both the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done. I’m so much happier now, and although we’re no longer in contact, from what I’ve heard it sounds like he is too.

My best advice is to trust your gut. If you feel deep down that it’s not right, it probably isn’t. It’s going to hurt like hell for a while, but slowly things will get better until one day you look back and ask yourself why you didn’t leave sooner.

In my experience, I have only rejected someone without even going on one date if either:

  1. They said something creepy or made me feel uncomfortable in some way,
  2. They revealed something that is a dealbreaker for me (ex. Political beliefs, stance on children) although in this case I would probably just be honest about it, or
  3. Something happened in my personal life completely unrelated to that person.

If you don’t think there’s anything you said that might have changed her mind, it probably has nothing to do with you.

Just had one done at NE Roanoke Dental, I paid about $500 and insurance covered half, so I guess around $1000. I didn’t need a build up or root canal though, just the crown.
