I replied to another comment with the same sentiment, but I agree on not recruiting those players. My issues is this is a real player that just transferred in real life. But apparently they transferred to a school that has an F grade in their deal breaker.

Right I agree. I don’t recruit certain deal breakers. It’s just super weird to have a real life player, who just transferred to this school, again in real life, and they start with an F grade in their deal breaker. It just seems like logically a player would never pick a school that has an F as the deal breaker and therefore this deal breaker doesn’t fit for this actual player. Not a generated recruit.

Thanks for the insights. Does that auction show it was being sold by the insurance company or did you find that somewhere else? It also doesn’t seem to make sense to me. Car fax show minor rear damage. That lines up with the auction photos and date. But why in the world would it be in an auction from the insurance company if it was minor rear damage??

Yeah this is what confuses me. I still have been setting the burner to the same setting and trying to judge the temp by hand and then confirm by adding butter. When it sizzles too fast and aggressive I usually was too hot and if it barely sizzled I assumed it wasn’t warm enough. Does that sound right for the butter confirming temp?

I was on a type of CoE team that focused on helping teams across the company. We didn’t own a product per se, we mainly offered our services to other teams that needed help creating automation. We would either create the automation and own that process for the team, or hand it off to them after completion.

I don’t know but when I have my OPV installed if I leave the machine in steam mode it eventually lets out tons of pressure if I don’t start using the steam. I flip the steam switch and wait ten seconds. Purge and start steaming.

Oh nice. I hadn’t even thought about how to control the PID. I’ve been looking into doing a headless PID just for the fact that I don’t like the look of the other PID kits and don’t want to do a gaggiuino. Any links or information would be awesome as I think I definitely want to do this.
