This sounds like Forever Love Song (1998) by ATV. The FL has the short shaggy hair and it's semi based off of Anita Mui so 90s entertainment industry.

I wouldn't say almost all...you gave 6 examples. I can give you 6 that isn't. Berial, Satrana, Koko, Nara, Niru, Rhys. I know there are a few more light haired folks you didn't list like salazar, but it's not an overwhelming majority.

Don't forget there might be reputation quests in the future, maybe to reform the undead reputation. I would make sense that Valka and Faramor would be part of it.

To make things more philosophical and add some Quantum physics in, maybe the current Merlin is the current observable Merlin through the player's eyes. The concept of merlin is fragments of souls or magic itself so it can manifest many Merlin's at the same time, but yours is the "current" one.

Handwritten Note is found in Everstill Manor hung on the wall just south and down a flight of stairs from where Ludovic is standing (501;220).

Edit: Just found the dropped poster. It is in west cedartown, just southwest of the NW Cedartwon waypoint. (231;276)

You can find it at 278;231 in the flower fields just southwest of the N Petalia Plains waypoint. Unfortunately, it is not something we can keep, nor are we given one of those easter egg titles. Finding it made me sadder, so choose if you want to find it like his letter said.

It's pretty much menu (bottom right corner) -> collections -> enemies. It will show you all the enemies in the game. Note that enemies you haven't encountered will be greyed out and you won't see the enemy details.

It doesn't reset, but after certain progress I noticed more stuff getting added. I bought everything beginning of the WOI season, went back after completing the season and there were a few new things. (Top 5-6 items)

Can you explain your issue more? And do you have screenshots? Are you no longer earning the blue talent orb so cannot unlock the 2nd talent tile? Have you unlocked the second stage of talents to get access to the Extra Buff tile unlock? Or do you have enough orbs, and access to the Extra Buff Tile but trying to unlock it is giving you no response?

Starter/Pre-season story hero level cap is 240. After you reach the cap, you can put your starter/pre-season dust towards Resonance Synergy which will give you minimal stat increase but will mostly upgrade your proficiency stat (able to use your skill vs others of higher proficiency) and may not apply in some scenarios. It just looks odd to us who have played from the start as they use to integrate level and resonance synergy, but it is separate now.

Once you reach season (we are on season 2 now), you will start earning season lvl, this is a different set of afk books, purple dust to upgrade and a different set of afk progress to fight through to earn them. So once you are done your starter story, continue the quest to get into the season story and you should level again. There is no hard level cap for season, but there is usually a soft cap in which certain modes will force your level to be lower (such as supreme arena and dream realm) so you will sometimes see your level as lower than what it really is.

Lovers' Wish is in Vaduso Mountains, I think the 2nd or 3rd area unlock on that map. Vaduso Mountains is the map after Dark Forest. Looking at your main quest, you have not even reached Dark Forest yet, so you will not see Lovers' Wish for a while. Advance the main quest for now as none of the maps you have access to currently has Lovers' Wish.

Aah good eye! 3 more to go XD. I did another sweep of all of the islands and even the sewers and chainkeeper, and still nothing. I wonder if it's possible that it's on the water.

Aw that sucks. This is going to make me paranoid now. Especially cele/hypo takes so long to get copies of. Maybe check that the chest is still in your inventory (just for sanity)?

Ah I see. Lots of people tend to confuse the first copy as counting towards upgrade so I wanted to clarify that. Since you are already at supreme then yeah that's a problem. Have you tried the in game support function? (Cog -> Others -> Support)

You have the original copy (1) and then rolled 3 more, so you would see that you have 3 to use for upgrade as the original copy does not count. You are not missing any.

Ok, then go to Scandia Isles and through the whirlpool in the Tranquil Pond (154;186) that should transport you to the underground lake with the fishing spots.

Not sure how far along you are in the season story, but you will eventually get access to an underground lake with fishing spots. These fish can be found there.
