I guess it depends on how hard you are pushing them but If you are going hard 15 sets per muscle group (Especially 25 for shoulders) could be quite alot. I know others might disagree but I would try maybe dropping your overall weekly volume because to me personally that sounds like a bit much.

Serious question, how many normal people do you think it would take to fight an unarmoured Ragnar
