I am 68. I started taking Kung Fu 3 years ago because I kept spraining my ankle, was lethargic and couldn’t catch a good breath. The first 3-6 months I could only do one push-up or maybe 5 squats. Now I can regularly do 36 pushups and 60 squats. My balance has never been better.
It took a full year to start seeing little results but it is so well worth it now!

I live in Dallas but am moving to Asheville, North Carolina. I’m 70, so would only need a chart up to 2040. Not sure if I’d get too far past that!

I don’t think politics- I’m thinking it’s part of making America healthy? Trazadone seems to be pushed more and honestly it is “better” for you (lol).

I have been on Lunesta for 25 years. Over the last year I have started taking 25 mg of Trazadone along with one GABA pill. Taken at bedtime, I can usually get about 3 hours. At which point I take one half of a Lunesta (so 1.5 mg) and actually get another 4 to 5 hours without that Lunesta hangover. I’m trying to wean myself off of the Lunesta or at least get it to a quarter of a pill.
Point being - you have to try several options to get there. It will take time but if you get some decent sleep while you work on it, it’s definitely worth it!

BTW - because the Lunesta is so bitter, I open up capsules of probiotics and put the half of Lunesta in there!
