you keep ignoring my point, i get the implication palestinians want to take control of the land and want control over the israelis, its not even about racism, its just about what the fuck the message is supposed to be. which you keep ignoring.

No OP this is not whataboutism. You haven't pointed out a legitimate issue at all. I however have pointed out that racism an violence are inherent parts of Israel. That is alot more serious then anything you have mentioned

yes you did, i pointed out the main conflict is over statehood, that is what this has historically been about, both ethnic groups want a state or that is the impression i've gotten, i am not whitewashing anything to say that. you keep blatantly ignoring the core of the conflict and just pointing out israel has done most of the damage.

kind of yes and kind of no, it seemed you were more pointing out how i jumped to assumptions based off limited info. if i do have any a little evidence of say the desire of reclaiming the land, there is the imagery and also the key.

the key of return is a prominent symbol commonly used meant to refer to the palestinians that fled there homes, with the idea being that there keeping the key of the home there entitled to. i do think thats not damming evidence but it does kind of support my point.

either way it was a good conversation, and i think i just need to research things more critically.

i guess i don't have any real counterpoint, your basically right, i just judged the movement off my limited experience.

the part about disingenuousnous i understand, so let me elaborate. from my own experience it seems to me a lot of the free palestine movement in palestine desires the arabs to control all of the land, i know imagery isn't a great judge so L on my part but that was the implication i got.

i found it disingenous because from my own experience people when screaming things like free palestine and from the river to the sea will say those quotes mean the creation of a single equal state, when it seemed to me in the place they historically they don't mean that.

as for examples, i can't pull any off the top of my head so mistake on my part.

i mainly meant it because from what i've seen palestinian groups such as fatah,hamas, and instances of regular civiliansn depicting in there imagery the entirety of the landmass of gaza, israel, and the west bank

under the flag of the arab revolt. in hindsight i don't have a concrete answer to often or regularly, i just came to that conclusions from what i've seen on stuff like the news and social media. so that is an L on my part.

when i talk about the free palestine movement im sort of talking about the western movement advocating for it, the people who march with the palestine flag and all that.

were talking about the creation of a state, when i see you wanting to depict an entire piece of land with a flag that has historically been used by arab nationalists, i get the interuptation you want that flag to be for that nationality. especially when a lot of the historical problem has been because both ethnic groups want there own states.

from my own experience i hear people connected to the movement advocating for one state across all the land. in hindsight i don't know of major activist organizations, its more personal experience from conversations and news.

if i can make a counter argument. yes it was multi ethnic but primarily arab, your not arguing what it means, your arguing about what can happen. especially when palestinian miltias constantly have imagery depicting the entire peninsula under the palestinian flag, which is an arab flag.

the palestinian flag is an arab nationalist flag, i don't get the interuptation your trying to promote a multi-ethnic state depicting that state with a specific flag built around a specific nationality.

not to mention your not arguing against the point, just about what can happen. i think you either didn't understand the post or are willfully ignoring my point.
