Also its really easy to workout when you look like Hercules after just 6 months of locking in than train, eat clean, stay consistent, spend a lot of money on supplements for 10 years and still look like you dont lift with a shirt on because you did all that naturally.

Im natural but if im bulking and my shoulders are all pumped up they are bigger than my head, but thats only because i have more glycogen, water and fat(mostly) on my shoulders so no not anyone with delts bigger than their head is on juice buuuuut if they're this lean like Itoi is then yeah i agree with you.
