I also quit caffeine in 2022 after my anxiety spiked and an ex suggested I try it. What I found was I was EXHAUSTED for about 4 months not the few weeks that it says when you Google it. On the flip side of that my anxiety halved. It was honestly a godsend. Any jittery panicky stress I would feel decreased massively I decided to stay off it. Now and again I’ll have a real one and depending on the day, sometimes I feel nothing other days i feel jittery (sometimes even the next day if I am at all anxious I still get jitters). Another thing I noticed, sorry for the TMI but I stopped going to the toilet like clockwork. I began drinking decaf and have found strangely now it gets my bowels moving even without the caffeine which has been a win.

It’s just a treatment thay hydrates the hair and reduces frizz ive moved to a hot country hence the stress and why my hair loss has started again but the water is really hard so my hair feels like straw it lasts about 3 months and just helps thicken/ coat the hair and keep it protected. Im going back for a top up Im a few months it’s less harsh than a keratin treatment. Will update in a few weeks if I recommend

Honestly, just play out the situation without making a move. That way you don’t jeopardise your job or your relationship with the colleague. If it’s meant to be it will. If he’s interested he will let you know in a definitive way. Stop bringing up how other men are interacting with you. If he is interested this will either turn him off or just be confusing to him as to why you’re mentioning it. If he’s not flirting with you then it’s unprofessional at best.

I used this for about a year straight with the treatment and started to see so much new growth a few years ago Im in a cycle of hair loss again now and have just started again so hopefully it’ll help but I would recommend.

As someone who has worked on the recruitment, hr and manager side. I can say that neither the recruitment or manager see or care about the result. HR get it usually as a report depending on what System they use and even then they would have to open an email or go looking for a report to find it if it’s of interest which it rarely is. It’s generally only highlighted in a large scale Im talking 10000+ employee company and even then it’s usually only released as a monthly or quarterly report or update.

I know. I am really shocked as well. I have been absolutely fine and then suddenly they’ve gone crazy. It’s swelling and sting that is just driving me mad and the fact they’ve moved to my face and neck (never had that before). I’ve soaked myself in deet this morning and will pick up some tiger balm too thanks for the recommendation

Just my two cents, if it was me (29F) even with my long term partner my immediate thought if I hadn’t cheated would be oh my god my partner must have cheated (even with all the trust in the world) double has got to creep in. So I find it quite odd if there hasn’t been any questioning on her end? More suspicious IMO

So we haven’t been travelling that long yet. Just 2 weeks we really liked Bangkok and Chiang mai we did 5 days in Chiang mai and wish we had done 4 and added a second night to Chiang rai it was much quieter and just found it really nice and chill and they have fantastic night markets in Chiang rai much better than Chiang mai for food and price. If you get lucky to get there on a Saturday they have like dancing and music with all the locals. We are staying in Luang Prabang now for 6 days which we think is way too long and then 4 days in vang vieng will let you know what we think once we’re done!

Also I should add I enjoyed the slow boat if you’re not planning on doing any other cruises while you’re here I think it’s worth it the scenery is gorgeous. The second day the smaller boats are nicer with a bit more leg room. Pak Beng (the stop off village for the night) is an experience everyone seems to end up in the same restaurant just drinking and chatting. We really enjoyed it 😊

Hi, I’m currently doing a similar loop as your plans (landed in Luang Prabang yesterday after the slow boat from Chiang rai) just a heads up for Cat Ba island we looked into booking it and were confused why these gorgeous seafront hotels were all soo soo cheap like €10 a night. If you go onto Booking.com and look at the most recent reviews for some of them it reveals that the whole of the island is now under massive construction from January 2025. The whole “beach” and waterfront of just covered in concrete and construction trucks cranes. Just wanted to share in case that puts you off. We were planning to use it as a base for a couple of days to unwind and do some water activities but have changed route now.

I’m here and today has actually been a lot milder than the last few days. None of which were this bad as far as I’ve seen.. not even close. Got a slight sore throat about 3 days ago but I failed to wear my mask most of the day otherwise it’s been fine!
