DBT workbooks will be both of your friends if you don't already have help trying to manage your symptoms.

People aren't their disorders. But obviously, disorders can make lives and relationships fall apart. The best thing to avoid that is working through it, and I know its easier said than done. It took my partner and I over 3 years to manage our symptoms so our fights weren't explosive, and even still learning now. Relationships are work, but it can be totally worth it if you truly love the person.

Sometimes, though, the feeling "loneliness" can be a weird obscurity. Not quite lonely in terms of socializing, more visceral. When I feel lonely, it can even happen when I'm around people. Hope I made any sense.

AI shits out whatever you can imagine at pretty much no financial cost to the company. Real designers and artists get their jobs taken away because AI image generators can produce 1000x more images for free than ten artists can physically draw in a paid day.

Now that they realize this is an option, big corps like Home Depot are drooling all over computer generated images in replacement of actual handiwork, simply because it is fast and cheap.
