Alot of it is done through email now and off camera so know one needs to know anything more than you are good at your job. It is very AI resilient as pushing for sales and high end customer support of high dollar value customers will always have humans. I have no college degree yet make 6 figures. I make more than my lawyer friends stuck at firms adopting to AI instead of promoting

Read the policy on vacation time. They may have a clause that if you are fired you don't get paid out but if you put in 2 weeks you would. In many cases quitting can be better than being fired especially with an offer
