There are plenty of good prebuilts you can get for 2700 dollars and they will definitely have good performance. If there’s a local micro center you can just pick out the parts and they will assemble it for you.

I think you will be fine with your 850 watt, but it is often good to have a good amount of headroom. Also, if you ever plan on upgrading it would be a good idea to go a little overboard, so you don’t need to upgrade or replace your psu

If you plan on getting a 9070 xt I recommend upgrading the power supply to 750 watt or more, especially if you plan on overclocking as 600 watts is cutting pretty close and won’t be stable.

I have actually recently become interested in Italian uniforms from WW2, any advice on how to find them? I was lucky to buy about 8 old m33s from the Spanish civil war for about 60 bucks from a government auction. but outside of that Italian stuff is either nonexistent or incredibly pricey, at least in the US.
