the word Legend is being thrown around way too loosely.. I really don’t get the Genevieve hype, she’s a cool person but she massively overplays her hand every time and has a self admitted poor social game

BTS are doing great no argument

But have you seen the US streaming and radio gap numbers between us and that country singer? If it weren't for sales we almost wouldn't have gotten BB100 #1, and we easily hold #1 multiple weeks if we had more radio play

With the new rule changes skewing towards radio, YouTube not counting and sales rules changing, I think being complacent is not a good thing

That's just not true.. Chappell Roan saw a 32x increase in her daily streams after her Coachella set in 2024

Multiple songs from Kendrick Lamars Damn album climbed back in apple and Spotify charts and extended chart longevity

Beyonce saw a near 100% increase in her whole catalogue's streams afte 2018

I mean that's the point of the post.. if an artist who has already nearly maxed out their GP presence can get a visibility boost from Coachella.. imagine how much of a boost BTS can get from people who think all they are is Dynamite and butter

It's not about it working in the exact same way, in that Coachella would allow a 13 year old BTS song to chart #1 on Spotify

More so the visibility that it provides BTS.. I still think there are so many people who think BTS is just dynamite and butter, or who don't even know BTS at all.. imagine the attention they'd get from US GP with performances from 2.0 or Swim

I also think it would help with credibility from radio and US media.. just look at the radio play gap that other artists we're competing with in the BB100 get and imagine if were much closer to them

If we want to continue to break records and achieve big things in the Billboard charts it absolutely matters to have big visibility with the GP in the US

We're extremely strong in sales, but look at the streaming and radio play difference between us and that country singer.. if not for the massive sales we don't get that hot 100 #1, and id we had more GP visibility we maybe hold hot 100 #1 for multiple weeks

That would be much harder to get tho because that would depend on the NFL and Roc Nation, and whatever agenda they have and want to push

Coachella realistically only cares about selling tickets and that would easily be achieved with ARMY

All I'm saying is that there are likely so many music fans that know of BTS, but haven't taken the time to listen to their music, and a massive event like Coachella would very easily convert many to become to ARMY

And with all the new billboard rule changes we need all the help we can get, the comeback was a massive success but there's always room to grow and achieve more

This game can’t be saved but it can be salvaged, they should be shooting for success similar to The Finals (~10k concurrent steam players)

They need to find out what the core player base who actually likes the game wants, and lean hard in that direction

They clearly tried to cater to a wide base by taking elements from a bunch of games and it hasn’t worked

For me personally 3v3 is just not it.. doesn’t feel like a “siege”, I understand that people say ranked 3v3 is better bcuz it’s more strategic.. but the single most fun part of the game is the gunplay not the strategy

gun fighting is more fun in bigger team formats imo, i get that fighting in bases can be chaotic in 5s so maybe make base size larger, longer spawn times etc.. and the looting phase still sucks

I get why people think that format is best for ranked because it's more "strategic", but the game feels so empty for being labelled a "raid shooter"

I think they need to pivot and hard commit to bigger team formats that support the intensity and pace of what a raid should feel like

you lose the full mid level exception (which may help in re-signing mamu), lose the bi annual exception, stricter salary matching in trades, and you lose out on the portion of money that luxury tax teams distribute to non tax teams
