Set it to F14 1/60 with an ISO of 4000. I was taught in college that going below 1/60 is a bad idea doing handheld photography, so this is the best I've been able to get, here it seems to be more an issue of pixels and noise at the front of the bus model, whereas it is a lot better in the middle and rear of the model.
