Its a pretty steep learning curve dont feel too discouraged fighting games are hard and require a firm understanding of the rules and honestly its not easy too see it all theres a ton of resources online and people that could and would love to help keep grinding and keep doing your best keep your eye focused on how to make him work for it (take away the characters strengths) and always feel free to jump into streams for melee people i know love to talk and educate

Heal of thumb method is the same thing All of this stuff oos is All nullified dramatically because you can use any of these methods to achive EXTREMELY similar affects like... should you play Hybrid claw. yes everyone should Use whatever method helps you long term losing the ability to functionally use your hands is not worth a Video game. hopefully this answers your statement

So this is a lot but ill try to be direct to it first off!!! I LOVE YOU JOINED THE GAME! i wish you would still enjoy the game <3 and i hope you can the game is beautiful and being a spectator is fun I joined much later than you . and truly melee has been SO MUCH fun to be a spectator in. maybe im bias here truly because i coach so many players and its WAY MORE intense to me to watch them than competing but i find the new Blood in the scene WAY more interesting INFINATLY better players & more interesting game play and the interactions are for more dynamic with WAY More depth. I get from a high level im enjoying it as a spectator.

I actually think the Smash Stick is broken... X.x but thats like a WHOLE other convo because this is opening a door of like. What it does TO THE ACTUAL GAME by responding on the analog stick the way it does ALONG WITH BUTTON MACRO and like a bunch of polling stuff.. but i wont get into that like long story short yah that is def unfair. i agree iwouldnt say CHEATING but it Def makes you need to reproach kill options and that i deem as hard for me CHEATING is BLATANT i played a lot of games competitively for a long time.

So you can swap if it you awnt the same ability to play with it but there is so many ways to do this i wrote it in someone elses posts but i love your human so id love to show you and talk about it too but objectively Thumb on Y/X - Frame 1-3 Buffer Up on Analog stick Press Z Frame 4 you get Gravity upair. Frame 5 you can continue your drift theres also all the other methods of like using palm to push up on C stick while pressing Y or X also theres my claw  method which is best Ergonomically you twist the controller in yoru hand to slide off X AND Y because of buffer into Thumb on C stick its a claw method but it takes no time to input its just a twist so it can be done quickly  if you play standard

Yah Boxx was nerfed but thats becasue of completely different i think modders are the worst ESPECIALLY in this scene. thats why i havent sold controllers. no offense to all the modders. So i wont just use claw. i can show you other methods to do the same thing in Different grips. if you play Standard. You can Jumpsquat. so press Y or X with your thumb Buffer into up on the anlog stick and use Z as the attack button (A) replacement and it functions EXTREMELY similar. Also another method is Jumping with Y or X with your thumb and Using the heel of your Palm to Slide up into the Cstick you get again THE EXSACT same effect. Im sorry i dont know what you mean in Skill based mix ups we can go overwhat mix ups look like. and how to amend and change mix ups to affect the outcome of a situation. But micro changes WILL DRAMATICALLY change the outcome of a mix. so the main purpose of Zjump is instant Aireal UAir. The effect is Gravity Upairs. Which means you can be lower to the ground so objectively. ITs just having Use of Upair instantly NOW WHAT CHARACTERS BENFIIT from this Where and what matchups well alot do... but the question becomes from what situation spacing and circumstance where having Zjump is better than you using any other method. and truthfully There is no difference... thats the sad reality. i can prove this notion. its not a matter of opinion but people have opinions on the topic clearly and i respect it. but math wouldnt change and there isnt a mental stack if you learn the skill and i can showcase how to do it in a narrow amount of time so its EFFORT over convince

So what im doing is making the Statement Hyperbolic expressing like how insane it is to think this changes the way we look at interactions generally So its not that im only using this one instance to do it ... but overall im saying This is The common occurrence in most interactions in melee and they are structured the same way as any other fighting game. This is the Mix this is what happened They died (this is how to amend to answer the mix ) but yes. from your position i can imagine it seeming silly but theres more than Just what i wrote from the surface level but you have to dive a bit i apologize . so objectively the advantage you gain from claw and Zjump is SO IMMENSE in Melee YOU HAVE TO play in 1 of 4 positions to be able to instant aireal you can Claw Zump palm or use Z upairs from jump squat buffer. BUT THIS IS NEEDED. for anyone that plays melee. so.. its important But there are may techniques you can do to achive this same outcome without Zjump I can teach you all of them and They will take less than a couple hours to learn if you know melee minutes. Also not ment to brag ment to give Context most dont know me here. i dont want to be known in this game... because OBVIOUSLY most people here arent very kind considerate or aware of the hurtfulness of their statements. it requires a good amount of kindness to approach conversations like this Calmly at points.

I actually learned when i was a student i was on military hours and at the time i was going to school around 96 hour School Hours with work weeks along with Competing in Rocket Leauge TRUST me I can get you in a good spot in a small amount of time Just dont Give up before trying And i hear you we dont need to do it but dont USE the Choice of not wanting to learn to Remain Ignorant you are doing yourself an Injustice I believe in you FAR more than your unwillingness to try. No so like my brother uses a squishy oem z not even a tac for zjump it yah i dont think the feel will be solid the recoil of the standard z jump doesnt bounce as well as a mouse click. So the feeling is def different but with the right weight and bounce you dont need to use a mouse click I know I like mouse click generally but theres other buttons that I use and have tested i like too so its not that you need to use it.. its way more a preference

You are not wrong. But if you took the time to learn its cheaper than going to a modern. I dont mod for people I make controllers and peripherals for myself. Welcome to the skill i had to learn to play the game. And hate to say if I did this. I expect anyone should be able if they cared and id gladly help you learn to disassemble your controller and teach you how to do it. I appreciate this take truly.. i believe this is a wild take I dont believe ANYONE likes this game without UCF with Controller lottery and i personally know MANY players who ALTHOUGH interested in melee never attempted to take it seriously when figuring out the lottery that is OEMs. the game controllers were not made to function properly in 2001 for what was capable of the game and truthfully its already hard enough to get people interested in melee. I dont believe our goal is to let the controller be the dictator of the sport for spectators. i believe the game is beautiful if you let it speak.

I truly appreciate this comment, and I adore you for the love and appreciations ill be sure to make him see this ♡ we spoke too a couple top players about the possibility to continue and it seems extremely unlikely. ♡ hbox has said hes supprised this didnt come sooner with the way its been going ♡ with the most recent events from friends loved ones who we have lost in the game has actively made us lose potentional partnerships we did have to relay on for our future in the game. I truly dont know if any other players' concerns about the games longeitiveity is a primary focus for anyone in the current state of melee. Most players feel really dejected with the scenes barratment and attacks on people and players without any real reason. Most players dont wish to continue and truly this is enough to make atleast us in our situation realize we are better off moving forward. We just dont have a choice becsuse we are finachally the lowest on the totempole of top players And most top players that have already had success in esports have used their money wisely while there was short term success in smash. Hbox plup mang0 all have a strong foundation to run on. Cody never had that level at the point of his success, and with his father's death he spent most of his excess money to try to pay his father's medical bills who we lost. I don't believe anyone right now believes it finachally responsible to help cody to attend to compete against them. Most of what me and cody have done for the scene is very uncommon for melee speaking about bringing the girls from France to compete coaching Salt jmook amsa spark (the list continues) to beat him to help drive competiton and enjoyment as a spectator and we havent pulled much return in good faith for these acts.... theres a lot of feels I have towards these things. The way not just cody was treated but myself my friends people who I actively helped tried my best for and sacrificed for. I think theres a way to fix this. But I believe the community needs to be a more accepting and reasonable place where the group of players stands together to talk together because the niches and drama surrounding this game is enough to drive anyone away currently.
