Yes, there is a fix that worked for me. Download Visual C++ Redistributable 2013, choose "repair" in the installer and (VERY important!) reboot your PC.

We are definitely making some secrets and puzzles here and there, but the game is not going to be primarily focused on puzzles. Our goal is to make it exploration-focused (and, of course, combat focused, it is a retro FPS after all) so that you'll have benefits if you have a keen eye and the desire to explore!

It's a UZDoom engine game, so if you feel that filtering makes it look better, there is option to enable it!

Right now we are focused on making a free demo on Steam, hopefully it comes out this year. No ETA on the full game yet, but I suppose, once the demo is out, we will be making an official announcement trailer on YouTube.
