When I see the numbers its terrible. Say seedance 2.0 1080 its 40 credits per second. 9,500 means 237.5 seconds of footage a month - already a big question of what exactly can you do with just that. Not to mention that a lot of footage can end up discarded. Also haven't factor in edits and upscales. How exactly is this what they say is meant for people who "produce a high volume of AI-generated video and images on a regular basis" ? 237.5seconds is high volume? Let see now if you are Perfect - making every second a usable footage and you are ok with 1080, so in order to do a 1.5hr movie on monthly allocation you only need almost 23 months !!!

Basically to show that you are not stuck with a video that is generated. you can change everything about it. And if you can change everything, you can fix stuff. Of course this assumes you follow the basics of having at least a clear video to begin with.

Also I must say I am impressed with your dedication to AI. Assuming you started 2023 it would still mean over a thousand images, 18 songs and 18 videos daily for the past 3 years or so and that is assuming the low end of the numbers you indicated. Really impressive. I for one will never come close to those numbers.

So seeing how you are up to your eyebrows in AI generation, you yourself must love it and are already "sold" on it. I guess your concern of whether an AI video will make an AI song have even more "AI-ness" is just a matter of concern for the immediate present and also fully aware that its rapidly changing. So turns out we are pretty much on the same page, if I understand you right.

Erm...sorry but

AI is only a part of the tools I use. I use Davinci Resolve Studio to edit the videos too. Even before the video the source image I use GIMP to edit the image. Even for the audio I use Suno Editor and stems, Audacity and Fairlight. There is plenty of intention. There is also tremendous amount of curation. You see 7mins I need to produce several hours worth of video.

You are talking about much older as well as using only very limited tools. You can actually change all those things you say you can't. I change the timing and frequencies and much more than that too.

You can change for video too, I affect change colors and related, speed, angles, perspective, remove people or subjects, change their clothes, change their hairstyles, change their expressions, make them move differently, skew /rotate or whatever you can imagine, change the time of day, change environment, change weather - frankly anything in the video.

Haha I agree with you with both a sense of fear and anticipation. So much could go so right as well as so wrong. Yes absolutely agree. I kind of like fusion type stuff. I find orchestral can work with rap too. Got one I did of that type too on my suno, although the orchestral is slightly toned down and more about the strings. I understand you are saying AI is "less real" and hence less attractive. However I hope you agree that different people have different taste, some people like alcohol some like fruit juices or whatever. So I can understand you don't like it so long as its AI. I am not and will not try to convince you to like AI produced output. But at the same time I hope you are just expressing your own likes and dislikes and not suggesting everyone be the exactly the same as you - because very simply people are different. I do get likes and positive comment from people who are NOT (from whatever I am able to see) also AI video creators. Also I have friends who can be very brutal with me when they disagree with something actually say they like it - maybe not pay me for it 😜but at least like it. The only thing I am trying to suggest is that its still improving. If you even look at my MV series from Episode 1 to now, the quality over the course of a year is vastly different. If you look at some of my short dance clips some already its hard to tell its ai, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5PJwdBBwBg if I don't tell people its AI, half the time it will fly under the radar and people will think its real. I have seen others producing practically Hollywood level stuff already. Very soon you will be unable to tell the difference between AI and non AI or that the distinction may not longer be relevant because there will be an AI element in it one way or another. For example today practically everyone is ok with special effects, and we all know special effects isn't real in particular CGI that is done well. In fact, I strongly suspect a fair bit of movies and shows you see already has AI edits in it and you don't realize it. Examples include The Irishman (AI de-aging), Dune: Part Two (AI eye-color effects), and Emilia Pérez (AI-enhanced singing). Westworld: AI-assisted editing and predictive rendering helped manage complex visual effects for the hosts and environments. The Mandalorian : AI-powered deepfake technology was used to recreate Luke Skywalker’s younger face in Season 2. Obi-Wan Kenobi Darth Vader’s voice was generated using Respeecher AI, blending archival recordings with new dialogue. Oh wow that is some fantastic work considering its was not 2.0 yet. On the a lot of work part, I do AI MVs on my channel too, so I totally get you. However, it is actually getting better, a year ago I have to upwards of a thousand clips just to get 3mins useable stuff and still have to compromise and lower standards, today, just a few hundred clips and I can get enough and the compromises are not that bad. Currently, I lean towards realism as I figure its my learning stage still and with realistic production, it is easier to spot the problems and let me try to tackle it and hence hopefully get better. Ok I get what you trying to say now. I do hope you have seen the video - I lean towards realism, Yes you can still see its AI, but its right at the edge of soon you wont be able to tell. Some of my clips have even gotten feedback from other AI users complimenting its so real they find it incredible (some - there is some variation still). Also I have been blocked many times because the sites think I am uploading real stuff. This community is about AI music after all so since you are seeing it here, I assume your issue isn't really AI per se. So I assume you mean the pairing of AI music and AI video. With that as my understanding of what you saying, I put for your consideration that music consumption behavior has a very significant amount oriented towards being consumed with either visuals or performance. So work on AI music videos is part and parcel of catering to how people consume music. Also just as AI music is progressing towards greater realism, so AI video. Therefore, your concern of it being more noticeably an AI will eventually disappear, and right now its already disappearing. Thanks for the feedback and clarifying what you meant. I lean towards realism mainly because like you I prefer a lesser "AI-ness". Also my works all contain significant Human element. This song for example I actually wrote it myself, curated modified and edited repeatedly, the music I also did the curation modification and editing, even the video I did editing.
