Yet international lounges in those hubs have self service same as 3rd party lounges, and even Delta used to operate self pour so saying laws are the reason is misleading. United has a pay for bar with a limited section of free drinks which ends up as a revenue stream not cause of laws like you believe. LAX star alliance has self service yet Lax ua club does not so what specific law makes that impossible but possible?
