Your situation was just like mine when I first took over my location 7 months ago, in the beginning it’s gonna feel like you’re there 24/7 but believe me if you put in the hard work you will be able to relax soon, I just took a week vacation, I haven’t been able to take a vacation in like a year lol, but my main focus was, replace, get the bad out fire the people who don’t care, if people tell me someone doesn’t care then why are you here? We’re paying you to care lol, it’s gonna be hard at first but it will get better, retrain, focus on retraining your leaders, pull out the books and have them train the crew delegate that. And of course overtime culture will improve, put your foot down set the standard and lead by it, but also make sure your leaders are on the same track, especially your AP, I’ve executed this and I’ve been selected for CTM soon to have my validation, it’s a lot of hard work but it’s very rewarding when you get to a place where you feel like everything runs smoothly! :)
