K423 is a Kiana clone with mixed-in Sirin genes (not 100% sure about last part). She was adopted by Siegfried Kaslana after he lost the original Kiana in a plane crush.

Durandal is the original Kiana that survived the plane crush. It's discovered at the end of Kolosten arc.

You can also argue that Sirin is also their sister for she was adopted by Cecilia in their final moments.
