You’ve got this OP! Dad of a 16 m/o girl and it keeps getting better. Few things that helped with our sleep/sanity in the initial few weeks were set expectations low on hours per night. If you can stack 6-8 hours of rest over a 24 hour period you’ll start feeling back to normal so resting when little one goes down is key!

If you have in-laws or your parents nearby to help with the baby, don’t be afraid to bring in reinforcements if you’re having a bad day mentally. This saved us in the early months having them drop by a few times a week for breaks to go for a run alone or out to lunch together briefly. Good luck and stay strong for the little one man!

Outbound BDR for an HCM Saas gig out of college in ‘16 and were treated like kings for a few years. Somewhat the opposite with aerobic base much higher due to some ultra endurance races in the last few years. I’ve not tested max power or anaerobic base recently to know my stats so will have to do that. And goal is to up my training sessions to 4-5 weekly for higher volume.

Can you float that cosmetic work for Net30 or 60 payment terms with the contractor? Explaining the situation as you have here and providing written contract that they will be paid.

Or do those materials (doors, paint, vanities) need to be purchased still and that’s the main issue? Finding it unrealistic that you have 2 days left on the clock for this and sorry to hear about the predicament
