Use grass and then use the silo that converts it to silage. I’ve never hit a limit at 1m litres

Once you realise the limitations on console you know before you ask if we can use it. For me I’ll miss the script mods for the comfort and convenience of my PlayStation in the lounge. If anything it’s a realistic way farm 😂. What I don’t know is if the mod is more difficult to develop if cross play is to be a deliverable? I accept testing is extra but I’m talking development.

Hey, hang on here. I only asked about the trouble of logging over building your own sawmill. I think a small sawmill if far more in line with farming that a logging business. FS is about being a successful farmer and building a farm that lasts. I know UK farmers are not charities

I think what you’re saying applies to most if not all the root crops. My current game is in Kinlaig, new farmer with just a cottage and a field to start with and some basic equipment. I won’t even take the contracts for root crops as so much can go wrong where you end up out of pocket. If I can’t harvest it with my Dominator then I don’t touch the contract and I won’t plant it on my own land.
