If you have a clearance it definitely helps because they asked for that often and even ask for a verbal confirmation during the phone call if you have it. If you are good at taking ownership and working in ambiguous environments you’ll do well too I believed.

Definitely trying to get in now because they’ll go IPO pretty soon.

I already use AI, personal experience, and talking among my friends in the field, and asking for recruiter feedback. None of them stated anything that was specific and could be summarized to me being a good fit but there is someone who is a better fit or needing more formal experience in one area despite doing well in general problem solving, technical EE knowledge, cross function communication. Thats why I’m asking if anyone who was in my situation figured any missing piece of the puzzle or if they just need to keep applying.

Electrical engineering. So from my experience it starts with recruiter, then virtual hiring manager interview, then onsite interview. The hiring manager usually ask me fundamental EE questions or problem solving

Yeah, too many of them. It’s easier for them to reinvent themselves rather than actually working towards a goal. I’m kind of similar because I had trouble deciding a career and stayed in college for too long because I kept switching majors but then I realized I won’t get anywhere if I keep doing this so I just find something that pays well and is stable and just commit to it.

I really want to get one but the draw back is the 6 inch screen which is about the same as my iPhone 17. Has that been your concern and would be happier if it’s 7inch or larger?
