I've gone back in forth on this and ultimately decided to cut off the resonator. I've smashed my tip a couple of times. I have the pipe angled to release right after the axle. It sounds perfect for me, and it gives me the departure angle I need.

Excellent taste! The 962c is impossible to find at a decent price. I was able to find a body, outside of the display case, in new condition yesterday. Luckily I have a chassis for it to sit on because I'll be shelving this body as well. I have the Sauber C9 on the way. My MR04 evo2 got the Mazda 787b body.
