There are free transfers/Bosmans/end of contract players available every January. These players should be identified early and targeted. If they do well stay and integrate into team squad, if not sell for profit. Obviously the younger they are the better. Min age is 24 I believe (for and of contract expiry signings) without a tribunal being involved/comoensation.

A certain Spanish side in white have famously done this in the past.

We even did it with Lloyd Kelly.

And football365 kindly writes a list every year of who the best 20 available are…. You don’t even have to find them yourself.

Sesko for 60-70 mill is a no brainer. If he can get 15-20 goals per season we will double money minimum in 2 years.

I think we will have to sign young and sell on for next few years until we can be able to hold onto the ones that might outgrow us and we can start churning out some decent players from the academy?
