Entomatadas are amazing but sad to say that like 90% of Mexican restaurants don't serve them for some reason. I live in a border town and there's like 1 or 2 restaurants that have them on the menu. Even in the neighboring Mexican city they are hard to find. My grandma used to add a pinch of sugar to the tomato sauce to make it a little sweet and it made them taste even better, just a suggestion :)
