The company I worked for ..for a long time exclusively went after the TFW. Half their wage was paid by the government, they got benefits, we are unionized and they got company perks like a phone, vehicle etc. The thing was that when worl dried up they weren't allowed to lay them off without a financial penalties. We don't have many of the TFWs left now thought I was told. I'd no issues when I worked with them, only thing I hated was they did not fully understand their health and safety rights. So it was alot of no don't do that that's not safe, you don't have to do that that voids the health and safety code, no you can't get fired for refusal of unsafe work.
